About the role We are looking for a Compliance Manager to be responsible for managing and embedding robust compliance, governance and risk management frameworks. The role will provide oversight of regulatory compliance obligations including AML/CTF, Responsible Gaming and WHS, ensuring alignment with legislative and regulatory requirements. Your Key Priorities will be: Compliance Management. Lead and oversee compliance frameworks across the Norths Collective group. Ensuring policies, procedures and controls are documented and maintained. Maintain, review and continuously improve the Group's AML/CTF Program. Responsible Gaming. Provide oversight of the organisations Responsible Gaming Framework to ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and licence requirements. Risk Management. Lead enterprise risk management across the organisation in line with best-practice frameworks. WHS/OHS. Oversee compliance frameworks in collaboration with operational leaders. Governance and Reporting. Prepare and coordinate risk and compliance reporting. Executive and Stakeholder Management.
